The property is located near several important tourist centres of Italy, as for example:

PISA, FIRENZE, SIENA, SAN GIMINIANO, VINCI, PISTOIA.

You can reach easily beautiful locations on the coast as for example the famous and renowned

FORTE DEI MARMI, VIAREGGIO e PORTOFINO

The house is made up of:

- A farmhouse with 450 square meters of built area, divided into 5 areas.

Each of the constructed areas is independent of one another; each one has its own entrance and relevant separate structures.

Around the farmhouse, you can find a beautiful garden of olive tree, which adds even more charm to the place.

The total area of the property is approximately 10.000 square meters.

Besides 450 meters of built-up areas and 10,000 meters of outdoor areas, here below you can also see that the property owes also more than 160,000 square meters dedicated to agriculture and it has also a business centre.

Next to the agricultural area, there is a land of about 160.000 m²

100.000 m² of which are dedicated to agriculture. There is a Chianti vineyard-planting project of at least 50.000 m²

or a possible project for aromatic herbs.

Right on the east side of the house there is an artificial lake, that was made for landscaping and birdwatching tasks.
